Treasury Issuance Expected to Rise
SIFMA committees predict government will be a more active issuer in first quarter

The Treasurys total net issuance is expected to rise in the first quarter, compared to the fourth quarter of 2009, but come in lower than issuance in the first quarter of last year, according to a SIFMA survey.
