Parking Co. Files for Chapter 11, Pursues Asset Sale

The company is seeking to obtain $5 million in debtor-in-possession financing from ING Real Estate Finance

Parking Co. of America Airports of Essington, Pa., has filed for bankruptcy protection, seeking to sell its assets via an auction for more than $111.5 million.
