Hewitt Buys EnnisKnupp

The deal, which brings further consolidation to the human resources/consulting space, comes after Hewitt’s deal to merge into AON

Hewitt Associates will acquire Chicago-based EnnisKrupp, just days after the Illinois-based global consulting and human resources firm agreed to a $4.9 billion deal to merge with AON Corp.
