CMBS Delinquencies Increase for Fifth Consecutive Month
Delinquency rate rises across asset classes to an overall 6%, Fitch says

U.S. CMBS delinquencies increased by 129 basis points in January over the previous month to an overall 6%, according to a Fitch Ratings report. For the fifth month in a row, all five main property types posted an increase in delinquencies.
