Aleris Looks to Exit Bankruptcy by Mid-Year

Aluminum producer filed its reorganization plan last week

Aleris International, a producer and recycler of aluminum products, filed a reorganization plan in Delaware last week. The company, which filed for Chapter 11 protection in February 2009, said it aims to emerge from bankruptcy by mid-year.
