BarCap Adds Former BofA Banker To Power Team
Exec was most recently a managing director and head of natural resources M&A at Bank of America.

A day after announcing a new head to its US infrastructure finance business, Barclays Capital named Thomas Rosén as a managing director to build up the firms power sector business.
BarCap, the investment banking unit of Barclays Bank, said Rosén will focus on advising power companies on corporate strategy and divestitures of power generation assets. He will be based in New York.
Rosén comes to BarCap from Bank of America, where he was most recently a managing director and head of natural resources M&A for eight years. Before joining BofA, he spent nearly 13 years at Chase Securities, where he was head of utility and power M&A before joining BofA in 2000.
Rosén originally planned to join Sagent Advisors, as reported by IDD on June 26.

As reported yesterday, the firm named Trace McCreary as managing director and head of US infrastructure finance.
