JHT Delivered To Bankruptcy Court
Kaye Scholer and Pepper Hamilton have been hired as JHT's bankruptcy counsel.

JHT Holdings Inc., a Kenosha, Wisc.-based delivery service provider to North American commercial vehicle manufacturers, filed for bankruptcy protection on June 24.
The company, which had revenue of $500 million in 2006, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in Delaware. It has as many as 5,000 creditors and assets and liabilities total between $100 million and $500 million.
Kaye Scholer and Pepper Hamilton have been hired as JHT's bankruptcy counsel.
Unsecured creditors include Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., American Airlines, Pilot Corp., and Corporate Lodging Consultants.
The case is being overseen by Judge Brendan Linehan Shannon.
