Victoire Hires Former Goldman Vet

Victoire Capital has more than $400 million in assets under management, and was founded in 1996.


Twenty-three-year financial services veteran Matthew Maslow has joined Victoire Financial Capital as president of the global asset management firm.

Maslow most recently worked at Goldman Sachs, advising many of the largest hedge funds. Prior to Goldman, he held various positions on the Street, including stints at Credit Suisse First Boston, Citibank and HSBC.

“Matt has been working with us and advising us since we started in 1996,” said Nadim Razzouk, founder and chairman of Victoire, adding, “he will lead our effort to build out and enhance our investment platforms.”

Maslow earned an MBA at the Leonard Stern School of Business at NYU and an undergraduate degree from Rutgers College.

Victoire Capital has more than $400 million in assets under management, and was founded in 1996. The firm has offices in New York, London, Paris and Sao Paulo. It has over 35 investment and business professionals managing global long/short funds, Latin American long/short funds and Brazil long/short and long-only funds. It is the asset management arm of London-based Sindicatum, a financial advisory asset management and climate change firm.
