MBA Chief Economist Duncan Leaving For Fannie
Duncan has been with the MBA since 1992.

Long-time chief economist of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Douglas Duncan, will be leaving the housing industry trade group for Fannie Mae, where he will be the housing agency's chief economist, sources told IDD on Tuesday.
Neither the MBA nor Fannie Mae was immediately available for comment. Duncan was also unavailable.
Duncan has been with the MBA since 1992. Prior to joining the MBA, Duncan served as a LEGIS fellow with the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs.

Duncan received his doctorate from Texas A&M University, bachelors and master's degrees from North Dakota State University and an associate's degree from Fergus Falls Community College in Minnesota.
