Anheuser-Busch Companies. Symbolized by the regal Clydesdales that hauled Budweiser lager through the streets of New York in 1933 to celebrate the repeal of Prohibition, the maker of the 'King of Beers' was the target last year of the largest all-cash, change-of-control carried out in history.
