Goldman invests in ID theft prevention company, but M&A in the sector could be a long way off

That slogan is the centerpiece of a television advertising campaign featuring Davis, chief executive and co-founder of LifeLock, an identity theft prevention company. The commercials have garnered LifeLock plenty of attention from the general public, but bulge-bracket banks have also been drawn to the privately held firm.
