With healthcare costs soaring and demographics working against us, preventive care moves to the fore.

One can argue the specifics, but there's no arguing the fact that preventive healthcare is a hot topic. And the numbers don't lie; in the next several years, the so-called baby-boom generation is going to start turning 65. By 2030, it's estimated that the population of the elderly in the US will double to nearly 72 million, or almost 20% of the country. What that means, among other things, is that an already-burdened healthcare system will face an incredible challenge.
