Finding a consensus might be one of the trickiest tasks restructuring pros face in their day-to-day assignments. However, while there is little the players in the business wholeheartedly agree on, one universal theme that came out IDD's March 14, Restructuring Roundtable, was that it's only a matter of time before the lights go out on today's liquidity party. When this liquidity dry-up will occur or to what extent is anyone's guess, but few feel that the market can continue to steamroll over such developments as the Amaranth meltdown or the softening of subprime.
